PROGRAMS
PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL PROGRAM
Our Prenatal and Postnatal Program supports women through their pregnancy journey and recovery after childbirth. These sessions focus on strengthening core muscles, improving posture, and enhancing overall wellness to ensure a safe and healthy experience for both mother and baby.

Prenatal classes are available from the 16th week of pregnancy onwards to ensure the safety of both the mother and baby. For those with no prior exercise experience before pregnancy, we do not offer classes due to safety concerns.

Postnatal classes are available from 3 months after childbirth, prioritizing the mother’s recovery and well-being. Both prenatal and postnatal sessions are conducted exclusively as 1:1 private classes.

At Markham Pilates, safety is our top priority, and for this reason,
we do not offer prenatal group classes.
GOLF MOTION CARE PROGRAM
The Golf Motion Care Program is tailored for golf enthusiasts looking to improve their game and prevent injuries. This program enhances flexibility, strength, and balance, focusing on the specific movements and demands of golf to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
REHABILITATION PROGRAM
Our Rehabilitation Program offers personalized exercises to support recovery from injuries or surgeries. This program focuses on restoring strength, flexibility, and mobility, helping clients regain their functional abilities and return to their daily activities with confidence. After a detailed posture analysis, we incorporate targeted Pilates movements to ensure a safe and efficient rehabilitation process.
POSTURE CORRECTION PROGRAM
The Posture Correction Program aims to improve and correct congenital misalignments, poor posture, and harmful habits. This program focuses on strengthening the back and core muscles, aligning the spine through targeted exercises and stretches, and alleviating discomfort caused by improper posture, ultimately enhancing overall body alignment.
For individuals with noticeable misalignments or poor posture, we recommend Private sessions.
WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Our Weight Loss Program combines Pilates exercises with customized aerobic workouts to support your weight loss journey. This program focuses on burning calories, increasing muscle mass, and improving metabolism, helping you achieve and maintain a healthy weight in a sustainable way.
If your goal is weight loss, we recommend exercising at least twice a week for optimal results.
​INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
The Instructor Certification Program is designed for individuals aspiring to become certified Pilates instructors. This comprehensive program includes anatomy, the principles of Pilates, teaching methodologies, and practical training, providing you with the knowledge and skills needed to lead effective and safe Pilates classes. The program is conducted exclusively in small groups.
KIDS PILATES PROGRAM
Our Kids Pilates program is designed to support the proper posture of growing children while enhancing their flexibility, coordination, balance, and strength. By combining exercises with recreational activities tailored to their level, we keep the sessions engaging and fun. Through this program, children not only improve their posture and physical abilities but also develop various social skills such as responsibility and consideration for others.
