Jina Park was a high school judo representative and went on to major in golf, bodybuilding, and swimming at university.
She currently holds a 4th-degree black belt in judo and certifications as a bodybuilding and swimming instructor.
With over 10 awards in judo competitions and 3 awards in bodybuilding competitions, Jina now serves as the president of the International Park Pilates Association. Leveraging her extensive experience across various fields of physical education, she has completed numerous specialized workshops, including anatomy, physiology, and pre/postnatal care.
As a sports psychology major, Jina supports her clients in maintaining a healthy mental state during her sessions.
She offers a wide range of programs, including rehabilitation, pre/postnatal care, golf motion care, posture correction, and athlete training. Drawing on her vast experience and expertise, she is committed to promoting the health and well-being of her clients.
Rather than focusing solely on classical or modern Pilates, Jina tailors programs to suit each client’s unique goals and needs, ensuring optimal results.

Areum Kim
Master Instructor
Areum Kim is a certified Pilates instructor and exercise prescription specialist from Korea.
She holds the Medi & Cal Pilates Certification, which encompasses anatomy, mat, reformer, chair, barrel, and Cadillac Pilates.
With advanced training in disc injury management and fascial line anatomy, Areum brings a high level of expertise to rehabilitation-focused instruction.
She is also a certified specialist in prenatal and postnatal exercise, as well as postural alignment correction, enabling her to deliver safe and highly effective programs across a range of physical needs.
Areum is particularly known for her expertise in postural correction, with extensive hands-on experience working with clients with scoliosis and structural imbalances.
As an exercise prescription specialist, she designs fully customized programs tailored to each individual’s condition and goals, and excels in improving range of motion (ROM) and functional movement patterns.
Her sessions combine accurate physical assessments with refined, detail-oriented instruction, making them ideal for those seeking rehabilitation, postural realignment, or prenatal and postnatal care.
More than just a workout, Areum’s classes guide clients toward deep, lasting transformation—restoring balance, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.

Sang Ah Yeom
Master Instructor
Sang Ah Yeom is a rehabilitation-focused Pilates instructor with a professional background in classical ballet and over 16 years of movement training. Combining the precision of ballet with extensive Pilates experience, she helps clients restore efficient movement, improve posture, and build lasting strength through personalized instruction.
She has completed comprehensive Pilates certification across all major equipment, along with advanced education in postural analysis, lumbar pain management, scoliosis rehabilitation using the Schroth Method, prenatal and postnatal exercise, functional anatomy, and Pilates rehabilitation. As an educator within the Pilates certification program, she is also actively involved in training and mentoring future instructors.
Throughout her career, Sang Ah has worked with a wide range of rehabilitation clients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgery, chronic neck and back pain, scoliosis, frozen shoulder, spinal stenosis, disc injuries, neurological conditions, and prenatal and postnatal care. Her extensive clinical experience allows her to create safe, individualized programs that address each client's unique needs.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and hands-on teaching approach, Sang Ah believes that lasting results begin with understanding how the body moves. Her goal is not only to relieve pain, but to help clients move with greater confidence, strength, and freedom in everyday life.

Instructor Yoonjeong has worked as a physical therapist in Korea and has extensive knowledge and experience in various rehabilitation-related programs.

Lead Instructor
Youjeong Lee specializes in movement education with a strong foundation in yoga, Pilates, posture correction, and functional movement. With years of experience teaching clients from beginners to corporate professionals, she is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build healthier bodies through precise, personalized instruction.
Before becoming a Pilates instructor, Youjeong spent years teaching yoga and movement education, giving her a deep understanding of body alignment, flexibility, breathing mechanics, and mindful movement. She has since expanded her expertise through comprehensive Pilates education, including all major Pilates equipment, while completing advanced training in movement analysis, functional anatomy, prenatal and postnatal exercise, and myofascial stretching.
Her teaching style is attentive, encouraging, and detail-oriented. She believes quality movement begins with proper technique rather than intensity, helping clients improve posture, increase mobility, build strength, and develop long-lasting movement habits that carry over into everyday life.

Olivia Jeon

Olivia Jeon is a certified instructor who completed the Apprentice program up to the Advanced Level at International Romana’s Pilates, the school widely recognized as the leading method of classical Pilates.
Fluent in both Korean and English, Olivia creates an inclusive and comfortable learning environment for clients from diverse backgrounds.
Her classes are based on the Contrology principles emphasized in Romana’s Pilates, with precise and thoughtful cueing that helps clients become aware of their bodies and engage the correct muscles throughout movement.
In particular, she places strong focus on proper core activation, which greatly supports posture improvement.
Olivia has also completed specialized workshops in posture assessment and alignment correction, enabling her to carefully analyze each client’s body and design highly personalized programs.
Her sessions draw deep concentration even from small movements and lead to meaningful changes over time. Because of her attentive and methodical approach, her teaching is especially beneficial for beginners who are new to Pilates.
